By accessing and using the Alphas Elite website or booking our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Alphas Elite provides luxury chauffeur and transportation services in the New York Tri-State Area. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full fare.
• We track flights for airport pickups. Extended wait times beyond 60 complimentary minutes may incur additional charges.

4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward our chauffeurs and vehicles. Alphas Elite reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for passengers who are disruptive, intoxicated, or behaving in a manner that poses a risk to safety. Damages to vehicles caused by passengers will be charged accordingly.

5. Chauffeur Applications

By submitting a chauffeur application, you confirm that all information and documents provided are accurate and truthful. Alphas Elite reserves the right to deny any application and is not obligated to provide reasons for rejection. Submission of an application does not guarantee employment or engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Alphas Elite shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control. Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific trip in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
